School Delay of One Hour:

If the decision is made that school should be delayed by one hour, then Vacation Station will also open one hour later. 

When the decision to delay school is being made between 3-5 am, it is very difficult to know if delaying school will be safe; therefore, this schedule will be rarely used.

School will dismiss at the normally scheduled time.
